At StoneCraft in Chicago IL, we offer all different types of precast stone products. We manufacture custom cast stone and deliver to the greater Chicagoland area. At StoneCraft, we work with our customers to create custom, quality stone that will last a lifetime. Our building materials are produced in our production facility in Steger, IL. All of our products are custom made to order in our production facility. We also offer custom engraving on our stone and different types of stone. We can create all different types of fonts, images and pictures with our engraving methods. 

Our custom cast stone can be made with many different aggregates and colors. We make our stone with small batches of mix so we can change our mixes more frequently and create different colors throughout the day. We can also adjust our aggregate used in the mix in order to match existing cast stone or other types of stone. We are able to be more cost effective with our custom jobs because of our small batch mix production. Creating stones that are perfect matches to existing stone is our specialty and we can recreate many different types of stones for our customers. At StoneCraft in Chicago IL, we are also able to match many different colors with different pigments we use. For example, we can easily adjust our mix to match stones that are darker or lighter depending on the job. We can also make our own unique colors to guarantee the customer is happy with their color selection. We offer free samples of our most used colors so our customers can gain approvals and sign offs for jobs very quickly. 

At StoneCraft in Chicago IL, we also offer custom engraving on all different types of stones. We can create logos on stone for business, address stones for houses, or memory stones for loved ones. Our engraving is mainly used for address stones, which are made to be installed with masonry products. However, we offer many other engraved products for our customers. We also do entry way signs for subdivisions. These custom signs can be used to create beautiful entryways on roads that mark certain nieghborhoods. We custom make the stones and artwork to ensure the finished project not only is very appealing to the eye, but will also stand the test of time. Our engraving will last a lifetime. Another service we offer is repairing old stone, or old engraving. At StoneCraft in Chicago IL, we offer free estimates on repair jobs. For instance, if a car runs into a building and damages stonework, we will show up to access the damages and offer solutions on how to rebuild and replace the stonework. We are professionals at matching stone and recreating the perfect piece to rebuild with. We can match the color, the aggregate and the custom size and shape of the stone. StoneCraft is also able to produce repair jobs quickly because we are able to create our molds quickly and change our mix daily. This allows StoneCraft to keep our customers happy and rebuild their projects quickly, ensuring no more damage will be done to the building. 

StoneCraft in Chicago IL, also will help customers who are in need of sign, or address stone repair. Certain types of stones from different companies do not weather the same due to different production methods and building materials. At StoneCraft, we can offer new stone or repair existing stones. Sometimes, signs have their paint wear away due to sun, wind, or salt. We offer custom repainting that will last much longer than the original. We use specialized paints that are specifically for stone. Lithichrome paint is long lasting and can be reapplied to old jobs. So if a sign has lost half of its paint due to weather damage we can paint on sight to make the artwork look brand new. We also can match different colors depending on the job.

StoneCraft also offers delivery on all its stones. We have many different methods on how to deliver our stones and can fulfill any request our customers have. We have larger trucks for bigger deliveries or stones that weight well over five tons, and we also have smaller trucks for smaller jobs and for jobs that are in harder places to reach in Chicago alleys or small residential houses. We are able to also accommodate our customers requests for different times of delivery. At StoneCraft in Chicago IL, we are always ready to help make our customers lives easier, so we coordinate with our cutomers to deliver stone wherever and whenever they need their stone.  

At StoneCraft in Chicago IL, we also offer CAD shop drawings. We can detail out every specific measurement a custom piece of stone will have. This allows our customers to know exactly what they are getting when they approve their orders for production. Many custom stone pieces can be very detailed and confusing to draw up, but with our shop drawings we are able to show the customer exactly the size and shape from many different angle in order to eliminate any type of question a customer might have. We also include what the stone color will be and the number of pieces needed for each job. We can do this for small jobs or large jobs that have many different piece shapes that need to be exact in order for the pieces to fit together. Our customers can use these detailed drawings for approval from the GC or architects and can also be used on site by workers to install the stone correctly. Many times blueprints can be hard to read or not have enough detail for the job to be done correctly, but with our shop drawings our customers will know exactly what they are getting each and everytime they order stone from StoneCraft.
